Our payment processor Paddle entirely handles VAT (sales tax) for all digital products sold to countries where this is a legal requirement, eg. EU member states, India, Australia and more.
Step 1
Go to to your license dashboard at https://account.sliderrevolution.com.
Step 2
Open the “Subscription Info” or “Purchase Info” and then click on the “Show Invoice” link.
Step 3
Open the “Add address & VAT Number” form to put in your data (see screenshot on top).
If you have updated your invoice with your VAT number and are eligible for a tax refund, Paddle will automatically process a VAT refund for your purchase. If you have not received the funds going back into your account in 5 working days, please reach out to [email protected].
How to submit your VAT number later to start a VAT refund?
I currently use the WordPress Galleria Metropolia theme, slider revolution is included. My website crash and I had to revert to an older version of my site. Once the revert concluded all my content within my slider revolution slider disappeared because I believe it contained an older version. Will purchasing a one-time license remedy this issue? I’ve temporarily disabled the slider on my homepage because it points to shortcode to a slider that exists but had lost all the images it contained. Please help. Thanks.

I have my license key on my website, but it isn’t showing up on the slider revolution dashboard. When I go to the dashboard, nothing is in the listed under my name. I’m trying to turn in the receipt for this, but can’t find it. Can you help me with this?

sure! I dug a little in our database and found out that you were using your gmail account to purchase the license and to create your account originally.
